What's VTEAM?

VTEAM is Vesta's proprietary methodology for implementing a Total Enterprise Asset Management strategy. In order to achieve Total EAM, a company must have clearly defined maintenance process and roles, and a fully enabled SAP EAM technology platform. In addition, they must enable the system to report on carefully selected KPIs to insure alignment with corporate financial priorities. Finally, on-going training and skills enhancements are a necessity within our methodology. At Vesta, we believe in the interdependency of these areas in order to advance through the various stages and achieve Total EAM.

How Does VTEAM Work?

• The Playbook
  It all starts with a Playbook. The Playbook consists of an in-depth and repeatable set of guidelines that illustrates and defines how to achieve a world class maintenance organization. It couples industry best practices for business processes and systems integration. The Playbook does not divide responsibility between Corporate and individual Sites. Instead, it creates a framework by which the efforts of both entities can be coordinated and supported.
• The Game Plan
  From the Playbook, each organization will develop a customized Game Plan specific to their unique business environment. Regardless of where you are in the Total EAM lifecycle, the Game Plan will consist of specific action items (or Plays) to advance your organization to the next level.
• The Coaching Staff
