MII

MII is an SAP xApp for Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence. It is a plant operations focused application, born out of the SAP acquisition of Lighthammer Software in 2005. MII serves as the cornerstone for the SAP Perfect Plant initiative by establishing a single point of data and process integration between virtually any plant floor system and all releases of SAP ERP. Vesta has a team focused to help its client's use of this powerful composite application across manufacturing and maintenance operations. MII provides unique access to plant level data sources enabling Vesta consultants to use their domain expertise in SAP and plant operations to implement customer applications for process integration, manufacturing and maintenance intelligence.

RCMO

SAP and Meridium teamed up to develop this powerful composite application. Reliability Centered Maintenance and Optimization (RCMO) is tightly integrated with the maintenance processes in SAP. Vesta helps customers effectively implement SAP functionality for maintenance and reliability and is prepared to assist companies with fully realizing the value of RCMO. Asset Hub

Asset Hub™ is an enterprise solution for Asset Information Management and Governance that extends an organization’s Enterprise Information Management capabilities to address the unique and critical requirements associated with managing Asset Data.

Business Intelligence

Many customers are looking to take advantage of SAP's solution for Business Intelligence (formally known as the Business Warehouse or BW). The solution is very powerful and certainly a key to effective reporting and KPI's. At Vesta, we have BI technical experts who also understand maintenance and reliability reporting needs. As a result, we help customers fully exploit the value of this powerful reporting tool.

Syclo

In March 2009, Syclo announced a co-innovation agreement with SAP AG to deliver mobile applications that enable maintenance and service technicians access to SAP Business Suite software from a broad range of devices regardless of connectivity. Syclo’s SMART Mobile Suite is a comprehensive set of prebuilt, preintegrated products that mobilize asset maintenance, operator rounds, time/attendance tracking and materials management. MRS

Faced with diminishing margins and fierce competition, many service and maintenance focused organizations realize they need to deliver higher levels of service. That means assigning their best available resources to the right jobs promptly. To do this, many are revitalizing their scheduling and dispatching processes by using multiresource scheduling (MRS) software from SAP, together with the SAP® ERP application.

SAP Work Clearance Management

As a fully integrated component with plant maintenance, Vesta fully supports the SAP work clearance management module. WCM offers robust functionality that can meet OSHA requirements for the most demanding maintenance organizations. At the same time, WCM is scalable and can also be used to store and simply print lock and tag requirements along with the WCM permit and tag list.
