Technical Asset Management

Technical Asset Management is the heart of any Enterprise Asset Management System. The time it takes to identify and successfully replace a broken spare part in a bottleneck machine is more than anything else decisive when it comes to optimizing asset availability. The SAP EAM information searching system supports this need by easy to use graphical navigation. The WEB-based interface to supplier catalogs combined with E-procurement of OEM parts further contributes to keeping stop and waiting times to a minimum.

Work Management

Vesta supports implementation of the SAP EAM works management solution for the electricity generation, covering all key areas of planning, scheduling and control of work. The EAM solution provides a fully integrated asset and works management environment, with real time interaction with HR for labour planning, inventory management for material planning, procurement for contract work planning, and costing for estimation.

Project Management

Project Management systems are required for both a turnaround and major renovation. Vesta can implement SAP Project Systems and deliver:

Compatible Units

Compatible Units (CU’s) help designers and engineers to more quickly and efficiently define and estimate work to be performed. CUs combine standardized and repetitive units of work for a certain technical object, e.g.

• New Service Installation

CUs are a Combination of Labor, Materials, Tools, Costs, Resources External / Internal and Legal (e.g. FERC) Accounting Rules (account codes, standard costs)
