Michael R. Maiolo - Senior Partner & President
Mr. Maiolo is a Senior Partner and President of the firm. He leads all sales, marketing and business development activities for the company. He has over 18 years of experience with manufacturing companies and manufacturing based consulting services. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Maiolo was with Spinnaker Venture Partners where he focused on helping early stage technology companies develop their business strategies and bring products to market. Before that, he was the Vice President of Strategic Development for GenesisSolutions, a services provider in the EAM space. At Genesis, he was responsible for strategic planning, business development, product development and all sales and marketing activities of the company. Mr. Maiolo has served in a variety of general management positions in the forest products industry with Champion International Corporation and SD Warren Company. He has a BA from Bucknell University. Mr. Maiolo is focused on developing long-term working relationships with strategic customers and driving growth in the Vesta business through ensuring that our service offerings bring financial benefit to clients.
Kahn R. Ellis - Senior Partner & COO
Mr. Ellis is a Senior Partner and Chief Operations Officer with the firm. He leads all Consulting Services provided by Vesta and is focused on helping customers improve maintenance and asset management. In addition, Mr. Ellis delivers Maintenance Education and Value Assessments to our customers. As a recognized expert in maintenance and reliability, he is a frequent featured speaker at industry events and seminars. He is a CPMM - Certified Plant Maintenance Manager and a CMRP - Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional. Prior to joining Vesta, he was with SAP serving as lead Solution Manager for Enterprise Asset Management in North America. Having worked directly for SAP for 8 years in various roles associated with maintenance management, he is an expert in making companies successful using SAP for EAM. Prior to joining SAP, he worked for over 10 years in various roles as an engineering project manger, maintenance supervisor and mechanic. His current role takes him anywhere from the board room to the shop floor discussing return on investment in maintenance management. Mr. Ellis is committed to maintenance excellence and ensuring that Vesta customers get full value out of their investments in SAP for Enterprise Asset Management.
Carl D. Graves - Senior Partner & CFO
Mr. Graves is a Senior Partner and Chief Financial Officer with the firm. He leads the Finance, IT, Human Resources and Administrative functions of the company. Mr. Graves has more than 18 years of experience with finance and administrative programs over a broad range of organizations. He is responsible for building and implementing internal processes and systems that support Vesta's strategic and operating plans. Prior to joining Vesta, he was the Chief Financial Officer of GenesisSolutions, a service provider in the EAM space. In that role he planned and directed internal programs that enabled GenesisSolutions to grow from start-up phase to more than 100 personnel with nearly $20 million in services revenue. Before that, he was a Vice President in Corporate Finance with FleetBoston Financial Corporation where he structured and syndicated debt offerings for industrial clients and leveraged buyouts. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Mr. Graves has a BS from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis and received an MBA from Yale University. He is focused on directing stable and efficient infrastructure programs that enable Vesta professionals to devote the majority of their time delivering value to customers.
Benjamin J. Mansi, PE - Partner, SAP EAM Services
Mr. Mansi is Partner, SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) services for the firm. His responsibilities include managing and staffing functional consultants, marketing SAP's maintenance capabilities and assisting with the delivery of EAM system solutions. Mr. Mansi is SAP certified in Plant Maintenance. He has 26 years of industrial experience as a project manager, project engineer, account executive and maintenance manager. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Mansi spent 10 years with IBM Global Services as a Service Area Manager, SAP functional consultant and project leader. He focuses on enhancing customer's business processes including work order management, integration, design and implementation of maintenance best practices. Prior to that, Mr. Mansi held various positions in the maintenance division of Delmarva Power, a large electric and gas utility company. He has a BS and MBA from Widener University. Mr. Mansi is committed to excellence in delivery by ensuring that Vesta projects meet all customer expectations.
Walter Wijnands - Managing Director, Europe
Mr. Wijnands is Managing Director, Europe where he leads all sales, marketing, business development and finance activities for Vesta's European business. He has over 12 years of software consulting, sales and management experience in the manufacturing industry. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Wijnands was co-founder and Managing Director of EAM Consultants, a leading European maintenance management and SAP EAM consulting firm headquartered in The Netherlands. Before that he was responsible for sales at Impress Software in the European region and was Division Manager for Mi Services Group, an ERP consulting firm for SAP, Oracle and Ross Renaissance. Mr. Wijnands studied Business Administration in Utrecht followed by a study in Organizational Behavior at the Faculty of Sociology of the University of Amsterdam. He is committed to building long-term relationships with customers and expanding Vesta's European presence.
Jan Hop - Operations Director, Europe
Mr. Hop is Operations Director, Europe leading all Vesta international consulting services. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Hop was Co-Founder and Director of EAM Consultants, a leading European maintenance management and SAP EAM consulting firm headquartered in The Netherlands. Before that, he was responsible for the presales activities in Europe and the Middle East for Impress Software, delivering integration solutions in the area of planning and scheduling with SAP and 3rd party software. Mr. Hop is a SAP certified Plant Maintenance consultant with 10 years of experience in various industries. During these years he has led several SAP EAM implementations first for Ernst & Young and later for Capgemini. He has a Master of Science at Bradford University specialized in Maintenance & Safety Management. His focus is building long term relationships with customers enabling optimization of SAP installations to better serve their business needs.
Terry L. Wireman - Senior Vice President, Strategic Development
Mr. Wireman is Senior Vice President of Strategic Development. He leads Vesta's Maintenance and Reliability Seminars and Training and provides strategic guidance to help the firm shape its market strategy and long-term direction. For over two decades, Mr. Wireman has been specializing in the improvement of maintenance management and reliability. He helps customers develop "Best-In Class" maintenance and reliability policies and practices. As an international expert in maintenance management, he has assisted hundreds of clients in North America, Europe, and the Pacific Rim to improve their maintenance effectiveness. In addition, he has authored fifteen books and numerous white papers and articles related to maintenance management process and technology. He has given Vesta a permanent and exclusive license for the use and delivery of his proprietary methodologies for maintenance and reliability. Mr. Wireman is committed to keeping Vesta on the forefront of thought leadership pertaining to maintenance and reliability strategies.
Richard M. Crossan, Jr. - Vice President & Principal Consultant
Mr. Crossan is the Vice President and Principal Consultant for the Integration and Intelligence practice. He is focused on helping customers select and use SAP and partner technologies to improve integration and intelligence strategies and applications in plant operations. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Crossan served as Director in Solutions Management for the SAP xAPP for Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII). Having 11 years with SAP in various roles associated with manufacturing systems and processes, Mr. Crossan is an expert in using xMII for integrating SAP ERP and plant systems. Prior to joining SAP, he has over 15 years in engineering development, business development, strategy and implementation consulting positions. Mr. Crossan holds a MS in Engineering from Widener University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University. Mr. Crossan is committed to helping Vesta customers obtain maximum business value by integrating their enterprise business processes and manufacturing operations.
Angus G. McIntosh - Vice President & Principal Consultant
Mr. McIntosh is the Vice President and Principal Consultant for the SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) practice. In addition to helping customers develop and implement effective SAP EAM solutions and providing subject matter expertise he is operationally responsible for personnel management, resource management and training. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. McIntosh led an EAM practice within SAIC and spent eight years with Capgemini as a Senior Project Manager delivering solutions to client within the Energy, Oil / Gas and Chemical sectors. An experienced Project Manager and analytical professional he has over twelve years SAP experience and over twenty fours years of industry experience. Prior to consulting he spent 12 years working within the Upstream Oil and Gas business. He has a B.Sc. from Robert Gordon's University in Aberdeen, Scotland. Mr. McIntosh is committed to delivering projects and client solutions to the highest standards and merging business and IT objectives while effectively managing change.
Andrew T. Bellagamba - Director, Sales & Marketing
Mr. Bellagamba is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Vesta. He has over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience with a variety of professional services based organizations. Mr. Bellagamba is focused on identifying new business opportunities for Vesta, as well as developing and implementing strategic marketing and branding initiatives for the firm. Prior to Vesta, Mr. Bellagamba served as Senior Sales and Marketing Manager at GenesisSolutions where he focused on business development and created and managed a variety of marketing programs including a complete rebranding and repositioning effort. Mr. Bellagamba received his BS and M.Ed from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. He is committed to generating greater industry awareness of the Vesta brand by solidifying the company's position in the marketplace as the premier SAP Enterprise Asset Management consulting firm.
Martin Stenzig - Director, Development & Principal Consultant
Mr. Stenzig is the Director of Development and Principal Consultant for Vesta. In this role, he is utilizing the latest SAP technologies to develop EAM centered applications for Vesta and partner companies. Before joining Vesta, he worked with Impress Software where he applied his functional and technical expertise in the areas of integrated planning and scheduling. Mr. Stenzig has managed several large implementation projects, both in the US and in Germany. He has worked closely with customers throughout his career to define the processes, systems, and data elements involved in the integration of SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Project Systems and project management or geographical information software. Mr. Stenzig is a SAP certified Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant and SAP Netweaver PI/XI developer. He has a Diploma of Business Management from the ATIW in Paderborn, Germany. Mr. Stenzig is focused on helping organizations leverage their existing technology investments by developing SAP applications to resolve business problems.
