Richard (Dick) A. Defazio - Performance Consulting Associates (PCA), Inc.
Mr. DeFazio is the President and CEO of PCA, Inc., an asset management consulting and engineering firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia since 1976. He is a Board Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with over thirty years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Dick and his team of experienced professionals help corporations implement Best Practices and World Class Reliability strategies in order to adapt to rapid changes in market trends and technology. His maintenance experience began early with service in the U.S. Air Force in aircraft avionics repair at bases in both the U.S. and Vietnam. He then spent 8 years with the New York State Power Authority on the construction startup of two hydroelectric plants and one nuclear generating facility. He has both B.S. and A.A.S. degrees in Business from the State University of New York at Buffalo and Graduate School of Management. He is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, Institute of Industrial Engineers, American Institute of Plant Engineers, Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals, Technical Association of Pulp and Paper and Paper Industry Management Association.

Kahn R. Ellis - Vesta Partners, LLC
Mr. Ellis is a Senior Partner and Chief Operations Officer with Vesta. He leads all Consulting Services provided by Vesta and is focused on helping customers improve maintenance and asset management. In addition, Mr. Ellis delivers Maintenance Education and Value Assessments to our customers. As a recognized expert in maintenance and reliability, he is a frequent featured speaker at industry events and seminars. He is a CPMM - Certified Plant Maintenance Manager and a CMRP - Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional. Prior to joining Vesta, he was with SAP serving as lead Solution Manager for Enterprise Asset Management in North America. Having worked directly for SAP for 8 years in various roles associated with maintenance management, he is an expert in making companies successful using SAP for EAM. Prior to joining SAP, he worked for over 10 years in various roles as an engineering project manger, maintenance supervisor and mechanic. His current role takes him anywhere from the board room to the shop floor discussing return on investment in maintenance management. Mr. Ellis is committed to maintenance excellence and ensuring that Vesta customers get full value out of their investments in SAP for Enterprise Asset Management.

Carl D. Graves - Vesta Partners, LLC
Mr. Graves is a Senior Partner and Chief Financial Officer with Vesta. He leads the Finance, IT, Human Resources and Administrative functions of the company. Mr. Graves has more than 18 years of experience with finance and administrative programs over a broad range of organizations. He is responsible for building and implementing internal processes and systems that support Vesta's strategic and operating plans. Prior to joining Vesta, he was the Chief Financial Officer of GenesisSolutions, a service provider in the EAM space. In that role he planned and directed internal programs that enabled GenesisSolutions to grow from start-up phase to more than 100 personnel with nearly $20 million in services revenue. Before that, he was a Vice President in Corporate Finance with FleetBoston Financial Corporation where he structured and syndicated debt offerings for industrial clients and leveraged buyouts. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Mr. Graves has a BS from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis and received an MBA from Yale University. He is focused on directing stable and efficient infrastructure programs that enable Vesta professionals to devote the majority of their time delivering value to customers.

Bonz Hart - Meridium, Inc.
Bonz Hart founded Meridium in 1993 with a vision of helping the world's asset intensive industries improve availability and reduce incidents through effective asset performance management. Working for industrial software companies, consulting for Fortune 500 companies, being part of new company startup management teams and developing innovative software at DuPont drove Bonz's passion for and commitment to meeting customer needs world-wide. At DuPont, he created a team of key technology partners to develop plans for a revolutionary plant information system to significantly reduce operating costs. He later joined a software venture and built a consortium of leading companies to create an enterprise plant software system for manufacturing. Today, he leads a unique team that is committed to solving customer problems, delivering solutions on-time and on-budget, measuring ROI and continually expanding the ways that Meridium software can help companies improve asset performance management.

Joel M. Koppelman - Primavera Systems, Inc.
Joel M. Koppelman is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Primavera Systems, Inc., a software company whose clients depend on its project, resource and portfolio management solutions to identify which projects are most important and to make it easy for people to work collaboratively, productively and successfully. Primavera solutions are industry-specific and role-based, with the power to support global enterprises and they have ensured the success of projects and programs collectively worth more than $5.5 trillion. Mr. Koppelman coauthored with Quentin Fleming the PMI best-selling book "Earned Value Project Management". He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Drexel University and an M.B.A. in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Koppelman was elected to the Drexel University 100 and has received the "Award of Merit" from AACE and the "Distinguished Contributor Award" from PMI.

Michael R. Maiolo - Vesta Partners, LLC
Mr. Maiolo is a Senior Partner and President of Vesta. He leads all sales, marketing and business development activities for the company. He has over 18 years of experience with manufacturing companies and manufacturing based consulting services. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Maiolo was with Spinnaker Venture Partners where he focused on helping early stage technology companies develop their business strategies and bring products to market. Before that, he was the Vice President of Strategic Development for GenesisSolutions, a services provider in the EAM space. At Genesis, he was responsible for strategic planning, business development, product development and all sales and marketing activities of the company. Mr. Maiolo has served in a variety of general management positions in the forest products industry with Champion International Corporation and SD Warren Company. He has a BA from Bucknell University. Mr. Maiolo is focused on developing long-term working relationships with strategic customers and driving growth in the Vesta business through ensuring that our service offerings bring financial benefit to clients.

Benjamin J. Mansi, PE - Vesta Partners, LLC
Mr. Mansi is Partner, SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) services for the firm. His responsibilities include managing and staffing functional consultants, marketing SAP's maintenance capabilities and assisting with the delivery of EAM system solutions. Mr. Mansi is SAP certified in Plant Maintenance. He has 26 years of industrial experience as a project manager, project engineer, account executive and maintenance manager. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Mansi spent 10 years with IBM Global Services as a Service Area Manager, SAP functional consultant and project leader. He focuses on enhancing customer's business processes including work order management, integration, design and implementation of maintenance best practices. Prior to that, Mr. Mansi held various positions in the maintenance division of Delmarva Power, a large electric and gas utility company. He has a BS and MBA from Widener University. Mr. Mansi is committed to excellence in delivery by ensuring that Vesta projects meet all customer expectations.

Christopher J. Meyers - CJM Investment Corp.
Mr. Meyers is one of the founding Partners of Vesta who now serves in an advisory role to the company. He has over 18 years of experience in private equity and corporate business development and has been involved in over $2 billion of investment activity. Prior to starting Vesta, he was with Spinnaker Venture Partners and Carlyle Venture Partners where he invested in early stage technology companies. Prior to that he spent 8 Years with GE Capital Services where he focused on Strategic Planning and Business Development successfully completing corporate acquisitions world-wide. He has worked closely with numerous companies and management teams on developing and executing corporate strategic plans across a variety of industries and markets. He has a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University and received his M.B.A., with distinction, from Harvard Business School.

Walter Wijnands - Managing Director, Europe
Mr. Wijnands is Managing Director, Europe where he leads all sales, marketing, business development and finance activities for Vesta's European business. He has over 12 years of software consulting, sales and management experience in the manufacturing industry. Prior to joining Vesta, Mr. Wijnands was co-founder and Managing Director of EAM Consultants, a leading European maintenance management and SAP EAM consulting firm headquartered in The Netherlands. Before that he was responsible for sales at Impress Software in the European region and was Division Manager for Mi Services Group, an ERP consulting firm for SAP, Oracle and Ross Renaissance. Mr. Wijnands studied Business Administration in Utrecht followed by a study in Organizational Behavior at the Faculty of Sociology of the University of Amsterdam. He is committed to building long-term relationships with customers and expanding Vesta's European presence.

Terry L. Wireman - Vesta Partners, LLC
Mr. Wireman is Vice President of Consulting Services for Maintenance Process Improvement at Vesta. In addition, he leads Vesta's Maintenance and Reliability Seminars and Training and provides strategic guidance to help the firm shape its market strategy and long-term direction. For over two decades, Mr. Wireman has been specializing in the improvement of maintenance management and reliability. He helps customers develop "Best-In Class" maintenance and reliability policies and practices. As an international expert in maintenance management, he has assisted hundreds of clients in North America, Europe, and the Pacific Rim to improve their maintenance effectiveness. In addition, he has authored fifteen books and numerous white papers and articles related to maintenance management process and technology. He has given Vesta a permanent and exclusive license for the use and delivery of his proprietary methodologies for maintenance and reliability. Mr. Wireman is committed to keeping Vesta on the forefront of thought leadership pertaining to maintenance and reliability strategies.
